This is the title of the new Bluepaper from the Shopping Tomorrow MDM Expert Group, which was once again chaired by Squadra MDM this year.
Why is MDM so important now? Well, the global pandemic has given a huge boost to digitization (recent Amazon figures show 30-40% growth). If companies do not want to be left behind, they will have to establish an excellent online presence. The foundation of this is Master data (of Products, Customers, Suppliers, Business Partners and adjacent domains).
