ANWR-Garant Nederland is part of the international ANWR Group, a retail service organization supporting more than 400 retailers. Major brands like Adidas are connected to this network, which provides services, technical solutions and central platforms to support retailers in their growth journey.
The organization does not manage stock itself, but is responsible for 5 central webshops, including TopShoe, Outdoor Specialist and Sport 2000. ANWR-Garant Nederland bears responsibility for the content and digital presentation of more than 100.000 products.
With over 100.000 products spread across different platforms and brands, ANWR-Garant faced a complex challenge. Each season, thousands of new items went live, all requiring unique and high-quality product descriptions. Manually writing content was no longer feasible. There was an urgent need for an automated solution that could guarantee both speed and quality.
The content also had to fit the target audiences of the different web shops, from TopShoe to Outdoor Specialist. This made it difficult to deliver consistent, high-quality product information across all 5 platforms. Additionally, as a mid-market player, ANWR-Garant Nederland wanted to stand out with both quality and reliability.
At Squadra, ANWR-Garant Nederland found their solution in PowerText.ai, one of the modules of PowerSuite.ai, our AI-driven solution for product data & e-commerce. The foundation was formed by intelligent PowerText templates that introduced structure and brand recognition for more than 39.500 metatitles. These templates also ensured that each product group was provided with relevant metadata.
For the product descriptions themselves, the GenAI module within PowerText was used. In just a few months, more than 160.000 product texts were generated. For each product group, a specific product profile was created, ensuring that texts were not only unique but also tailored to the right target audience.
The generated content was aligned with the latest guidelines for both traditional and AI-driven search engines, as well as following the newest SEO-guidelines. As a result, ANWR-Garant Nederland saw a significant boost in their online visibility.
