Meet our colleagues
Jason is 29 years old and lives in Eindhoven, proudly supporting PSV as a lifelong fan. In March 2025, he joined the Squadra team as a Customer Success Manager. After gaining experience in the e-commerce world, he was looking for a new challenge, and found exactly that at Squadra.
“AI is growing rapidly, and I wanted to deepen my knowledge in that field. The combination of technology and customer-focused work immediately appealed to me.”
Jason works from the Squadra office in Oss, where PowerSuite.ai is being developed, an AI solution for product data and e-commerce. As a Customer Success Manager, Jason helps clients get the most out of their product or software so they can achieve their desired results. His work revolves around relationship management, communication, and guiding customers through the adoption of new technologies. “When new features are launched, like PowerImage.ai, I’m responsible for onboarding,” he explains. “I provide training, answer questions, and make sure clients understand how to use the technology to its full potential.”
It’s a versatile role where communication and expectation management are key. Clients often have specific requests or report issues, and Jason coordinates internally to determine what’s feasible and what should take priority. “For a client, something might feel urgent or crucial, but we also have to consider capacity and planning. Managing expectations is essential. I allways make sure I come to a good, workable solution for both parties.”
“What I love about my job is being right in between the customer and the technology. I translate needs into solutions and see the impact of my work immediately.”
After switching from his previous employer, Jason describes the atmosphere at Squadra as warm and personal. “At my old job, I didn’t know everyone, there was a lot of turnover and a big gap between departments. At Squadra, I know all my colleagues, and there’s a lot of laughter in the office. The atmosphere is really friendly,” he says.
He feels right at home with the team in Oss*. “What appealed to me when I saw the job posting was that many of us are in the same stage of life, so we really understand each other.”* Even outside of work, the connection remains strong. “The smooth communication here creates a strong sense of ownership and offers plenty of opportunities to learn from one another.” That, to him, is a big plus.
“Our team traveled to Alcoy, Spain, for an inspiring workation. During a collaborative hackathon, we explored current AI challenges and discussed how we can continue to grow as an organization,” says Jason. Besides the hard work, there was plenty of time for fun “We went swimming, barbecuing, and a cozy evening out in Alcoy. We wrapped up the week with a relaxed breakfast in Valencia.”
Outside of work, Jason loves spending time with his girlfriend and their dog Harvey, a French Bulldog. “He’s really my buddy, we even call him our son,” he laughs. They enjoy long walks and often plan day trips or weekend getaways together. Jason also likes going out for dinner with friends and family, having drinks in the city, or visiting festivals.
Football is another big part of his life. “I’m a loyal PSV fan. Even when I lived in Australia for a while, I would stay up at night to watch the matches live.”
Besides relaxing, Jason is also focused on personal growth. He enjoys reading and listening to podcasts, his favorite being “The Diary of a CEO”.
“I’m trying to expand my technical knowledge, that’s what really excites me about this role. I want to get better at understanding what’s technically possible.”
Recently, he even started learning Spanish, a language he finds both beautiful and practical, especially for communicating with international clients or when traveling.
“What drives me most is building and maintaining relationships. When that goes well, it’s truly rewarding”.
Jason is also highly ambitious and eager to learn. “I want to keep developing my technical skills so I can better assess what’s possible, that way, I can help clients even more effectively," he says. “The greatest satisfaction comes from happy clients. When they genuinely see value in our collaboration, I know I’ve done my job well.”
