Procedure

How To Apply In 5 Steps.

Application.

Apply directly for a vacancy via this website. In addition to your contact details, we ask for your CV. A cover letter is not necessary.

Introduction by phone.

The first interview will be with our recruiter. In a short phone call, they will tell you more about Squadra, explain the job, and answer your questions.

Video call.

When we’re both enthusiastic to proceed, we will schedule a video call with you, a Squadra-colleague and our recruiter. We’ll go deeper into your wishes, experiences and ambitions.

Interview at the office.

The follow-up interview will preferably be at the office. You’ll meet with 2 colleagues from Squadra. We will go into more detail about your experience and previous work, and we want to see if there’s a mutual click.

Job offer.

In this final step, we will provide you with a job offer that contains all employment conditions. We can discuss this offer via phone or in person.
