Initial tasks of the project manager (after completion of POCs end of March) will at least include (1) Build detailed DEV–TEST–PROD planning (with input from Imexa) with inclusion of S/4 sandbox testing, (2) Required (business) test capacity & business change impact, (3) Actual brownfield migration planning.
